Amir Safar
Co-Founder & Director
Amir has spent the past 11 years building a career in the foreign exchange industry, starting at a traditional brokerage where he rose quickly through the ranks. Known for his analytical approach and passion for the sales side of the business, he excels at developing strong client relationships. Amir co-founded Gentium to bring a fresh perspective to FX brokerage, leveraging his expertise to deliver tailored solutions in a constantly evolving industry. When he’s not in the office, Amir enjoys spending time with his wife and watching the New England Patriots.
Raphael Georgallis
Co-Founder & Director
With a decade of experience in the foreign exchange industry, Raph spent six years at a traditional brokerage, rising rapidly to Head of Desk. Motivated to provide clients with a wider range of products in a constantly evolving industry, he co-founded Gentium in 2021, implementing effective risk management strategies while maintaining high standards and leveraging technology to stay ahead in every aspect of the business. When he’s not in the office, you can find Raph on the golf course or at the Emirates, praying Arsenal win the league again.
Samuel Webb
Corporate FX Dealer
Sam joined Gentium in 2022 as the company’s first employee. Working closely with the directors, he quickly understood the industry and how Gentium can help SMEs optimise their FX strategies, quickly progressing into a dealing role. He now works with clients on a day-to-day basis, assisting with spot transfers and hedging solutions. Outside of work, Sam enjoys travelling with his girlfriend and cheering on Manchester United.
Jack Mockus

Jack joined Gentium as the company’s second hire and has grown enormously in his role, starting in sales and progressing into a corporate dealing position. A key part of the team, he is known for his great banter and strong client focus. Outside of work, Jack enjoys going out and is a passionate Chelsea supporter.
Oliver Hall
Corporate FX Dealer
Oliver joined Gentium in August 2023. Before joining, he worked as a football coach for Southend United, bringing a team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills to his role. He progressed through the sales side and is now in a dealing role, growing his book of clients and building long-term relationships. Darts and football are his passions, though he is unfortunately a long-suffering West Ham fan.
